Any "Online Quote" or "Estimate" provided through the website is non-binding.

  • A final, binding price is only established after an on-site consultation and a signed written agreement.

  • Prices are subject to change based on material costs and site conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of British Columbia, Zenon Build shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
